Liability insurance is not difficult to obtain for most Adult Family Homes in the state of Washington. Annual premiums start at $2,400.00 plus taxes & fees, we also have monthly installment plans. We do all of the paperwork and are happy to visit your home if you prefer. Fairhaven will only sell policies with insurance companies that are rates "A" by A.M. Best Company. (www.ambest.com)
